I am proud and delighted to welcome you to Emerson Park Academy.
Our Open Evening this year is on Thursday 10th September 2015, doors open at 5.30pm.
There will be 3 opportunities throughout the evening for you to hear from our Chair of Directors, our students and myself about life at the Academy. These will be at 5.45pm, 6.30pm & 7.15pm in our main hall.
There will also be the opportunity for you to take a guided tour with one of our many student volunteers or walk freely around the school with a copy of our prospectus.
You will find that Emerson Park Academy is a fully inclusive, aspirational and community focused school. We provide a wide and progressive curriculum with an individually tailored learning experience for our students. The Academy takes pride in its past and present achievements.
At Emerson Park we work hard to help every child enjoy their time with us. We aim to provide an inclusive range of opportunities, engaging with every student to achieve their full potential in a learning culture that is challenging, stimulating, inspirational and enjoyable. We celebrate their successes, recognise their achievements and reward their efforts. We strive to produce confident, tolerant, socially responsible global citizens, capable of following a successful future wherever their career path takes them.
I am proud of all the dedicated, talented, hardworking staff who each day make such a difference to the children in our care. At Emerson Park Academy we have the highest expectations of all our students regarding their attitudes to study, to each other and to adults.
We endeavour to provide a supportive environment for students, parents and staff ensuring that their well-being is of paramount importance. We use the Academy's ethos to encourage and develop leadership and team work skills across the school and wider community. By always looking, thinking and moving forward, we believe that Emerson Park Academy will support our students to Endeavour, Persevere and Achieve on their journey to personal excellence.
