Dear Parents/Carers,

It has been brought to our attention that a number of “doctors” appear to be targeting parents from particular communities in Newham with the promise of being able to cure autism. They have been inviting parents to attend a conference on the topic for a fee of £100. Please be vigilant of any “professional” claiming to be able to cure autism.  Autism is a lifelong neurological condition/difference with no cure, and we would hate for anyone to be deceived by false promises.
